To ensure our “Hub & Spoke” model operates at maximum efficiency, ISKUL is divided into four specialized wings. Each department focuses on a core pillar of our mission, from academic rigor to community-led creative expression.
The brain of our organization, this wing is dedicated to developing the Socioecological Paradigm. Our researchers work tirelessly to refine the curriculum, ensuring it remains academically rigorous while addressing the specific environmental and social realities of our learners.
Focused on bridging the technological divide, this wing integrates modern web architectures—such as Next.js and Headless WordPress—into the learning journey. We empower students and educators with the digital tools necessary to navigate and contribute to the 21st-century global economy.
This wing manages the physical architecture of our Hubs and Spokes. By fostering relationships with local stakeholders, our outreach team ensures high levels of local participation and secures the community support required for long-term sustainability.
The soul of the ISKUL Stage. This department manages our theater, music, and visual storytelling programs. Through the creative arts, we help learners find their voice and translate their lived experiences into powerful narratives for social change.
